SFI Team Training

David Pyne qualified for the advancement to Group Leader in May 2003. He and his Team have developed a Team Training Center to help us support our teams. There they provide as much of the initial information to help affiliates get started. They also encourage them to contact us and work together to achieve PTL : http://www.MIQTeam.com

David admits that when he started, it was difficult to develop a follow-up strategy but he states that his success can be duplicated by anyone willing to put forth the effort to succeed.

He feels that personal contact and support is extremely important since any affiliate's objective is not only to make sales, but also to build a Team. That is why he considers that it is important to build a Team philosophy.

He believes that it takes hard work, persistence and patience to make it happen and also that the key elements to success is having confidence in yourself and taking ACTION.
