Some of you have been with SFI for some time now and I would really like to hear your comments and ideas about the program. I would also like to let you know that I will be in touch with you weekly, in form of this newsletter which I am working hard to improve so that it contains all the important information to help you succeed in your business.

SFI is an outstanding opportunity. With SFI you have everything you need to build your own highly successful home internet business. However, it's easy to become overwhelmed with the volume of email you'll receive and then not know what to do next. Let me help you out with that.

You'll receive ongoing letters from SFI Corporate and from me. Soon you'll know which letters to read carefully and which to scan and file. Until then, create folders in your email account or email manager based on the following "From" lines for SFI corporate email:

- SFI Marketing Group

- Notifs@ sfimarketing.com

- Confirmations@ sfimarketing.com

- SFI Mktg Group

Also, create these folders for email from me:

1) a folder for this letter series, which can be named Team Training. Be sure to save all of them. That way you can work through them at your own pace.

2) a folder for email I send from Contact Manager. These are usually Team Newsletters and often contain instructions, deadline information and special offers to help you build your SFI business.

3) a folder for personal email which I'll send in response to your questions. You might just call that one MarianthiSFI.

Be sure to check your email every day, and sort your mail into the appropriate folders. Also, be sure to check your bulk or junk folder if you have one.

You'll be delighted with how much easier it is to scan your email and determine its importance once it's organized. If your time is short, focus on the Team Training and Contact Manager letters. These will be your main sources of guidance as you learn about SFI.

If you don't have time to read each letter when it arrives, set aside time once or twice a week to read and work your way through the Team Training letters. Take them in sequence, complete each activity, and soon you'll see your business grow!

In addition, make it a point to scan the letters from Contact Manager soon after they arrive. These are Team Newsletters and will contain notice of deadlines and special offers that you won't want to miss.

While we're on the subject of email, let me mention that many of Team Members find it helpful to open an email account specifically for their SFI business. This will keep your business email separate from your personal mail, which can help to keep you organized.

You can easily forward any SFI email that you've already received to your new business email address and set up your files there.

If you can get a second account from your email provider, you may want to open your account there. Several of our Team Members have their business account with Yahoo, and we've found that their accounts are very easy to use.
